• Gateway I (Joint Development Authority of Hart, Franklin, Stephens counties)
• Gateway II - full (controlled by Hart IBA - no industrial sites available at this time)
• Gateway III - approx. 132 acres available, including a 20-acre pad-ready site
• Additional acreage available in Gateway I (approx. 60 acres raw land)
• Approx. 9 acres reserved for future Retail/Commercial development on road frontage of Gateway II and Gateway III
