The Hart County area is home to Process Excellence 6-sigma Black Belts, APICS Certified LEAN Manufacturing Expert with more than 25-years experience in Fortune 500 environment, and Design Excellence Green Belts. Depending on the business opportunity, these resources may be available as incentives for new or expanding industries. Eligible projects may also have access to up to 85-hours of Georgia Tech’s Enterprise Innovation Institute. Specific projects may also be eligible for access to University of Georgia’s ICAAD program. These highly respected and internationally recognized institutions bring significant value and are offered to qualifying projects at no cost.

Georgia’s Quick Start Training Program is nationally recognized for providing high-quality training services at no cost to new or expanding businesses in Georgia. As of 2007, Quick Start had been recognized 7 out of the 10 previous years as #1 nationally for workforce development.
